Personally appeared before the undersigned a Justice of the Peace within and for said County Enoch Ligget and was affirmed as the law directs and states that the above and foregoing list of Sale contains a true amount of the sales made by the administration of the estate of Levi Lazell deceased at the time before mentioned errors excepted.
