Theda Celeste Cobb LaVallee Phillips,
Theda Celeste Cobb LaVallee Phillips, born 1923 in
Marston Mo. to George and Pearl Fleming Cobb. Theda married
Lloyd D. LaVallee, son of Howard C. and Minnie Williams LaVallee
of New Madrid in 1941. In 1978 Theda married Howard "Mose"
Phillips of New Madrid. She is the Mother of Lloyd Russell ,
Sue, Howard, Barbara and Mildred LaVallee. Theda died in Troy
Mo. in 1992
